- 2 cups sushi rice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- Seaweed salad (optional)
- Pickled ginger (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
- In a bowl, combine the diced Ahi tuna, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- In serving bowls, place a scoop of sushi rice as the base.
- Top the rice with the marinated Ahi tuna, avocado slices, cucumber, and green onions.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and add seaweed salad and pickled ginger if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your Ahi Poke Bowl!
